The holiday region is characterised by the rivers Saar and Obermosel that meet at Konz after a trip through a diverse cultural landscape with steep vineyards and picturesque vintners' villages. At the centre lies the modern city of Konz with ist unique open-air museum of Roscheider Hof as well as the romantic city of Saarburg, which has developed into a gem in the course of the history.
