The Protestant church of Mülheim was built from 1669 to 1675, presumably according to plans of Heinrich Wolf from Wittlich. It is a good example of a Protestant country church: Roofed hall building from 1672 with a mid-13th century tower. On the gallery, there are 26 works showing biblical scenes by the painter Johann Georg Engisch from Kirn. You can also see the tomb of parson Happel from 1680. The organ was built by Karl and Friedrich Stumm in 1890.
