Catholic parish church "St. Barbara Just in 1075 Altlay was a part of the parish "Kirchberg" . The present church built in the baroque style instead of the old chapel. Patron is Saint Barbara. At the renovation works from 1886-1992 a part of the tiles could be preserved. Also the (230 years old) oak benches renovated and renewed partly.
